Data usage

Binder sequences

GuideFlip-designed binder sequences are freely available for use, copying, modification and redistribution, including commercial use. No fee or additional permission from the GuideFlip authors is required. See the sequence-use statement.

These are computational designs. Inclusion in this database does not establish experimentally verified binding, affinity, specificity or biological activity.

Predicted structures and confidence

The complex and apo structures were predicted using AlphaFold 3. Structures, pLDDT/PAE data and derived representations are subject to the AlphaFold 3 Output Terms of Use and the required notice.

These conditions also apply to sequence–structure pairs containing AF3 output. The sequence-use permission and website MIT license do not relicense AF3 predictions. The full official terms govern use.

AF3 generation timestamps have been omitted from model metadata. Atomic coordinates, residue identifiers, confidence values and original AF3 notices are unchanged. Confidence files contain residue pLDDT and full complex PAE matrices extracted from prediction outputs. Model-confidence scores are not experimental measurements and predictions are not intended for clinical use. The cover uses illustrative ribbon motion and coil rendering; it does not represent measured dynamics. See data definitions.
